Personal risk: You understand that your personal property and wellbeing are at your own risk during participation.
Assumption of risk: You acknowledge there may be inherent risks in participating and voluntarily accept them.
Liability release: To the extent allowed by law, you release Can-I-Play, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability for any property damage, illness, personal injury, or death arising from participation, and you agree to indemnify them against losses, damages, claims, and expenses caused by your participation, except where liability is directly caused by the negligence of Can-I-Play or its staff.

  • Participation
Age: You confirm you are 18 years or older.

A makeup session will be offered if possible; otherwise, a refund equal to the session fee (excluding GST) will be provided. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
