Host a game

  • Role: As a host, you help coordinate the game you’re organizing (whatever activity it may be). You’ll field questions about the game and ensure the session runs smoothly.
  • Communication: You’ll provide your contact details (email and/or mobile) so players can reach you with questions or updates.
  • Fees: A small fee will be charged via PayID to cover essential costs.
  • What the fee covers: Insurance, public liability, equipment (bibs, balls, lights, ground, etc.), and our annual end-of-year party for all members.

Play

  • Sign up to become a member and simply Play.
  • Members can participate in any scheduled game, choosing sessions that fit their interests and availability.
  • Payment and privacy: We only use PayID for payments related to event hosting fees and will share contact details only for the purpose of coordinating the specific game.
  • Insurance and safety: All activities are conducted under appropriate safety guidelines and insured where applicable.
  • Scheduling: Games are scheduled in advance. Members can RSVP and view upcoming sessions in their account.
