Supporting your Community:
This Community Board for men 35+ lets you post and discover games and sports to support mental health through sport, connection and fun.
Kick off with our social soccer program. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting back into it, you’ll find a friendly, low-pressure atmosphere and a solid workout. It’s a great way to boost fitness, coordination, and a sense of community on the field.
Reignite the games you love with a community-built, you-for-you platform—Can-I-Play.com—where you post and join local matches on your schedule, reconnecting with neighbors and friends just like you did as a kid, but now with a modern, easy way to play.
More Than Just Sport
At Can-I-Play, we believe that sports are a fantastic way to enhance your overall wellbeing. Regular physical activity, combined with social interaction, contributes to improved mental health, reduced stress, and a stronger sense of community. Join us and experience the positive impact on your life.
Why Men 35+?
You didn't stop playing because you stopped loving it. Life just got in the way — work, family, responsibilities. Sport was the thing that gave way. And for a lot of blokes, so did the mates, the laughs, and the feeling of just being part of something.
Research shows men in this stage of life are among the most socially isolated — but it's also the stage where connection matters most. Can-I-Play isn't a fitness program or a competition. It's a way back in. A group of guys your age who get it, because they're living it too.
No fitness test. No membership committee. No pressure to be anything other than a bloke who wants to play.
If that sounds like you — you're already halfway there.
I was that boy on the sideline waiting to be picked or asked to join.
I'm still that boy (55 yrs old) — looking for a game.
So I built can-i-play.com.
